I get that a lot.
It'll be a year on May 27th that I lost my grandmother. My birthday was 5 days later... but I spent it crying. That summer is when I hit a WICKED bad depression.
Then October 5th, I lost my grandfather. I'm still in a slight depression from that.

I get days where I'm happy and bouncy and laughing... and only a few minutes later, I'm sobbing.

Could be the weather.
Or... sometimes, it's nothing.
Depression doesn't even have to be caused by something.
That's what I learned about it anyways.

Since, I'm pretty sure I'm bi-polar(I have all the signs of it), I'm gonna have to go to the doc's to see what medication I can get to help it.

webmd.com is a good site. That's where I found all the symptoms for everything. :)

The broken heart:

I loved you,

We were more than friends,
I was your shoulder to lean on, to cry on, when needed.

But hun ever since you broke up with me I couldn't do much,
I couldn't even stand to be around friends, or even another girl.

Ever since then I thought of getting revenge,
But instead I came up to you and said:
"Sticks and stones may break my bones and tear my skin apart,
But nothing hurts me more than you 'cause you broke my heart.
And now hun you will never hear from me again."

It was then that day I went home and broke down crying,
Everything didn't seem right,
Seemed like the world was ending
In fact it was ending for while I was away from her I was cutting myself.

Finally I cut myself so much that I went to the hospital.
When I came to, I saw you sleeping in a chair next to me.

When you woke you told me:
"That was stupid! What were you thinking!?! Please NEVER do that again. I'm sorry I broke up with you. Will you take me back?"

I move my hand to her face and start to rub it, soothingly.
But when I took my hand away I told her no for she really broke my heart.

That's when she started to cry and ran out of the room.

The next day in the newspaper there was an article about a boy and girl being dead next to eachother from a gunshot to each head. In the girls hand was a note saying:

"I only needed some time from you for a moment. I didn't mean to break your heart. But you broke mine when you said no to taking me back. So I took it upon myself to make sure we were together forever. All my love hun, our hearts will never be broken again."
